Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, etc.), order processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable logistics providers such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.

How Long Does It Take for an Order to Arrive?

• Express Delivery:All online prepaid orders are shipped with express delivery, arriving within 2-5 working days.
• COD Orders: These require confirmation and may take an extra day for processing.

Most orders reach you within 2-5 working days from dispatch, so you won’t have to wait long!

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible products and serviceable PIN codes. 

International Shipping

At this time, we also offer international shipping. Our service is available  to International addresses.

NOTE : Delivery Time may vary for International Shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can monitor the status of your shipment using the provided link.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact our support team at operations@novado.in for assistance.

Returns & Damaged Items

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 1 week  of delivery with supporting photos for resolution.
